The Bringing Help and Love to those In-Need on Three Islands program provides 5,000 households-in-need located in on Chongming Island, Hengsha Island, Changxing Island, or Shanghai’s Jinshan District with various types of New Year goods, valued at 200 yuan per household, to help celebrate Spring Festival. Leaders from the SCF traditionally pay visits to the three islands to personally express their concern for the families-in-need.
