Articles of Dissolution
1. To disband, separate, merge with another organization, or to be dissolved for other reasons, the SCCMC should follow the resolutions discussed by the Management Council and gain approve of the Business Management Office.
2. Before the SCCMC is de-registered, a liquidation group should be arranged to liquidate any remaining funds and assets. And the SCCMC should finish procedures with 15 days. During that period of time, no more activities can be arranged.
3. After the liquidation work is completed, the SCCMC should apply for dissolution at the Business Management Office. After approval, it is allowed to apply for deregistration at the Registration Office.
4. The rest of the property of the SCCMC can be used for charitable purposes under the guidance of the Business Management Office and the Registration Office.
