General Rules
1. The statutes were designed according to the China Public Welfare Enterprise Donation Law, the Relief Donation Management Rules and Regulations as passed by the State Council, the Disaster Relief and Donation Management Emergency Measures, and guided by the principles of “make full use of commodities to benefit society, provide good service and receive public supervision”.
2. The name of the organization is: the Shanghai Charitable Commodity Management Center (SCCMC). Legal Address: No.164 Lane 405, Zhenning Rd, Changning District.
3. The SCCMC is a non-government organization whose main scope of activities is comprised of non-profit community service projects.
4. Its Business Management Office is the Shanghai Civil Affairs Department and its Registration Management Office is the Social Group Management Department of the Municipal Civil Affairs Department. The SCCMC receives guidance from the Shanghai Charity Foundation (SCF) and receives management and supervision from the SCF as well.
